1)The Cancellation can be done over the phone or by email. All cancellation to be made
against the booking ID provided at the time of booking.
2)No cancellations are entertained in any case for those products/Service that carecabs
marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Dussehra, Pongal, Diwali, New year
etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
3)Carecabs will not be responsible for any cancellation/delay of service in case of any
natural calamity, agitation, Strike or Road Jam/traffic etc. Hence no refund would be made.
4)The customer agrees and acknowledges that no refund shall be processed if the cancellation
request is received within 24 hours of scheduled pickup.
5)Carecabs might change driver details prior to boarding the vehicle in case of driver
unavailability or other genuine reasons at Driver’s end. No Cancellation request shall be
entertained in such cases.
6)We provide the car and driver details as soon as a vehicle is assigned. Please do not view
the car or driver information if there is even a slight chance that you may cancel. Your
booking immediately becomes non-refundable as soon as you have viewed the car and driver
details.
7)In case of cancellation of trip, which was an urgent booking made on short notice i.e
after 9 pm for next day travel i.e. for trip starting any time between 9 pm to 8 am, no
refund will be processed.
8)In case the trip is cancelled post driver reaches the start destination, Rs 400 will be
charged additional to booking amount for travel expense of Driver.
9)After taking or availing service, No refund is considerable and applicable in any case.
10)If you are eligible for refunds based on the "Cancellation and Returns" policy above,
then the refund will be remitted back to you in 21 working days. In case of any issues,

11)In case of any unfortunate event or damage during the trip/journey; entire
responsibilities will be governed by the insurance company and car owner . Carecabs or
driver will not be liable for any damage occurred due to accident or natural calamities.
