According to government Guideline BS3(Petrol Model) and BS4(Diesel Model) cabs are banned in
Delhi and neighboring areas to control pollution due to this, we have shortage of cabs. That's
why
company can provide alternative option of such cab category . If customer deny to accept such
alternative cabs, it will be considered as No Show case from customer end and No refund
applicable in such case.
Driver Night charge 250/- for SEDAN, 300/- for SUV 500/- for TempoTraveller extra and paid
by customer,if journey start or end between the hours of 10pm to 6am.
For Dham bookings, customer is responsible to get registration through government portal for
Dham entry. Carecabs is only cab service aggregator and not liable for the same. If any
booking cancelled due to customer registration issue, that will be considered as no show case
from
customer end and no refund applicable in such case.
Driver ,Vendor and Cab/ Tempo Traveller/BUS details will be shared up to 45 min before
prior to departure . In case the Driver/Cab that reaches you for pick up is different from what
we have communicated. Please do not board the cab and call us for assistance.
Please verify the opening & closing KMS readings journey.
AC may be turned off in hilly or high-altitude areas to prevent engine overload and ensure safe
operation.
By booking, you agree to the following payment schedule:
1. Pay a deposit at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
2. Pay 50% of the outstanding balance to the driver at the time of boarding.
3. Settle the remaining balance in equal daily payments to the driver throughout your
trip.
One day refers to a single calendar day, defined as the period from 12:00 AM (midnight) to 11:59
PM
on the same day.
Regarding Tempo Traveller/Luxury Bus/ Luxury Tempotraveller 15% payment in advance for
booking amount (not refunable amount any case if customer cancels or refuses service
against his/her booking)
For Tempo Traveller/Luxury Bus/ Luxury Tempotraveller/SUV bookings, the dispatch team
will tell you total estimated fare including toll tax & state taxes /permit to be paid to vendor
,
if at that time you ignore or dined to pay then it is consider as NO SHOW case from
customer side. No refund applicable at this case.
The rates are subject to changes depanding on fluctuation of diesel /petrol/CNG/ and Tax parking
prices in INDIA.
